Event Packages
PVNTHEON's professional photographers and videographers have over a decade of experience, and have covered a wide variety or corporate and special events. We've shot everything from corporate seminars and panels, to awards shows, and even concerts at the world famous Carnegie Hall.
Event Stills Coverage - $199 per hr
PVNTHEON's award winning photographers will cover your special event, on location, for as long as you need.
After the event, you'll receive a digital gallery of beautiful, edited images within 7 business days. Promotional usage rights are included, so you can use the images (non-commercially) on your website, social media, or in publications!
This is a great package for those who need professional images of their corporate and special events, but don't have an in-house photographer.
Event Video Coverage - $299 per hr
PVNTHEON's videographers will cover your special event, or film your original project at your location, for as long as you need.
This rate can be for events, short form social media campaign (for TikTok, Instagram, etc.), or long form (Facebook / LinkedIn / YouTube / Web Series). After the event, you'll receive a recap video, edited to your specifications. We shoot from Full-HD up to 4K resolution, returned within 7 business days.
Non-commercial promotional usage rights are included.
Retainer Client Package
PVNTHEON's image experts are also available on retainer. If you or your organization attends a lot of events, you can be sure to have coverage whenever you need it.
Included are 3 4-hour sessions each month. Packages can include photography, videography, or a hybrid package of both.
In exchange for a quarterly retainer billing cycle, we offer a full month of free sessions -- pay for 2 months of shooting, and get a 3rd month free!
As always, non-commercial promotional usage rights are included.
We also provide makeup artistry, hair styling / grooming, and wardrobe styling, by professional artists and stylists for those that need them.
